Observation

Based on the information gathered at the site visit, interviews with the child care staff, a review of the LD/CPS investigative assessment and staffing with the licensing supervisor, it has been determined that the center should have reported the allegations about the inappropriate touching when the parent called and told the director about the alleged touching.
